During the session, a resolution will be presented in the Legislative Assembly to request an increase in reservations for Backward Classes from the Union government.

Caste Census Survey Report to be Presented

The State government recently completed a caste census survey across Telangana. The final report has now been prepared and will be presented to the Cabinet Sub-Committee on February 2.

Cabinet to Review and Ratify Report

The Cabinet Sub-Committee is set to review the report before forwarding it to the Cabinet. A separate Cabinet meeting is scheduled for February 5 to discuss and ratify the findings.
