Farmer Suicide Due to Mounting Debt
Madhu had been cultivating paddy on three acres of land for the past three years. However, due to poor crop yield, he suffered a financial loss of approximately ₹2 lakh. Overwhelmed by the debt burden and unable to repay his loans, he consumed pesticide on March 30 in an attempt to end his life.
Failed Treatment Leads to Death
After the suicide attempt, locals rushed him to MGM Hospital in Warangal for urgent medical treatment. Unfortunately, despite receiving medical attention, he succumbed to his injuries last night.
