During the review, DMWOs briefed the department on district-level preparedness and progress related to:

- Utilisation of Shaadi Mubarak Scheme budget
- Early completion of projects under PMJVK
- Status of Christmas celebration works
Advisors and chairpersons shared their suggestions to ensure smooth and effective implementation of minority welfare schemes across Telangana.
Minister Issues Clear Instructions to District Officials
To ensure timely execution, the Minister directed that:
- District-level Ramzan review meetings must be conducted within one week, involving:
- District In-charge Ministers
- District Collectors
- Local MLAs
- Line department officials
- Public representatives and religious leaders
- All pending Shaadi Mubarak applications must be cleared without delay.
- DMWOs must also hold meetings with Revenue Divisional Officers to fast-track pending welfare cases.
PMJVK Projects and Christmas Funds Usage
The Minister further instructed that:
- PMJVK projects must be monitored on priority and completed on time.
- Completed buildings should be handed over to TGMREIS.
- Funds released for Christmas celebrations must be used strictly for:
- Whitewashing of churches
- Electrification works
