Congress achieved a 100% sweep in the Khammam district, winning all municipalities:
- Edulapuram, Madhira, Sattupalli
- Vyra, Aswaraopet, Illendu
BRS failed to win even a single municipality here.
Combined Adilabad District: Mixed Verdict
- Adilabad Municipality: BJP emerged strong
- Asifabad, Kyathanapalli: BRS
- Bhainsa, Nirmal, Chennur: Congress
Hung Municipalities:

Combined Nizamabad District: Congress Total Sweep
All municipalities in Nizamabad district went to Congress:
