Hyderabad: Telangana’s men’s and women’s water polo teams are gearing up to compete in the 77th Senior National Water Polo Championship, scheduled to take place in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, from September 18th to 22nd, 2024.
The announcement was made on Friday, 13th September, at a press event held at the Secunderabad Swimming Pool. The event was attended by key figures from the Telangana Swimming Association (TSA), including Secretary G. Umesh, Srinivas Goud, K. Venkat Reddy, and Bala.
The men’s team will be led by Captain Rohan Reddy, while the women’s team will be guided by Captain K. Sanjana. Both captains, along with their teams, are preparing intensively for the national championship, aiming to showcase their skills and represent Telangana with pride.
The championship is expected to bring together top teams from across the country, providing a platform for athletes to compete at the highest level. The Telangana teams are enthusiastic about their participation and are confident in their preparations.
