Hyderabad: Leading American insurance company The Hartford on Monday marked its entry into India with the inauguration of its Global Technology Center in Hyderabad.
The state-of-the-art facility, located in the Financial District of Hyderabad, was formally inaugurated by Telangana IT and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu.
Spread across 1.5 lakh square feet, the new center has the capacity to accommodate around 1,200 employees. The facility represents a significant milestone in The Hartford’s expansion of its technology and innovation operations in India.
Through this center, the company aims to strengthen its global digital capabilities, engineering functions, and Artificial Intelligence-driven initiatives. The move is expected to enhance The Hartford’s worldwide operational efficiency and technological advancement.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister Sridhar Babu welcomed the company to Telangana and said Hyderabad has emerged as a preferred destination for global technology firms.
