Hyderabad: A two-month-old baby was kidnapped from Osmania Hospital in Hyderabad. An unidentified woman and a boy took away the baby who was sleeping with its mother.
According to details, a woman has been living with her two-month-old baby on the footpath outside Osmania Hospital for several months. Reportedly, she was staying there due to her illness.
On Thursday morning, another woman and a boy picked up the two-month-old baby who was sleeping on the pavement with his mother.
They covered the child with a cloth and left from there. After a while the lady woke up and got worried seeing the child missing and complained to the Afzalganj Police.
The police have registered a case of child kidnapping and started investigation.
The CCTV footage of Osmania Hospital, Afzalganj was examined. In the footage, a woman and a boy were seen carrying the baby. The police say that they are searching for the accused with the help of special teams.
