House No. 13-1-145, RK Pet, near Chishti Chaman Dargah, Mangalhat, Hyderabad
Authorities said the accused was involved in storing and selling rotten meat in the Mangalhat area by making it appear fresh.
How the Rotten Meat Was Sold
Investigators revealed that the accused allegedly purchased sheep and goat offals at low prices from different states, including:
- Karnataka
- Delhi
- Jammu & Kashmir
The meat was then stored for long periods using deep freezers and plastic tubs filled with water to reduce foul smell. Officials said the accused sold the spoiled meat as fresh and hygienic, misleading customers and creating a serious health hazard.
300 Kg Rotten Meat Seized by Authorities
During the raid, officials seized approximately:
