The delegation held discussions with Managing Director Agha Mujahid Hussain, CEO Hassan Askari, Medical Director (Olive Sarvodaya) Dr. Revanth Jaiswal, and Project & Logistical Director Younus Farooqi.
During the meeting, the hospital management highlighted its 15-year journey, underscoring its focus on ethical medical practices, patient-centric care, and affordable healthcare services. They noted that consistent service quality has helped the institution build trust within the community.
Khalida Parveen appreciated the hospital’s efforts in providing accessible and ethical healthcare while also offering constructive feedback. She emphasised the need to enhance communication and patient engagement systems.
She further recommended strengthening women-centric healthcare services, including reviving the “SERONA” initiative, aimed at improving counselling support and dedicated care for women patients through female medical professionals.
The interaction concluded on a constructive note, with both sides expressing commitment to enhancing patient care standards and expanding community outreach initiatives.
