The Telangana Haj Committee on Tuesday announced that the 20th Haj 2026 flight carrying 429 Haj pilgrims departed from the Hyderabad Embarkation Point to RGIA Shamshabad Airport for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

With the departure of the latest batch, a total of 8,415 Telangana Haj pilgrims have departed from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA), Hyderabad, to Jeddah Saudi Airport for Haj 2026.
20th Haj Flight Departs From Hyderabad
According to the Telangana Haj Committee, the 20th Haj flight departed with 429 Hajis from the Hyderabad embarkation point.
The Haj pilgrims travelled through RGIA Shamshabad Airport before departing for Jeddah in Saudi Arabia as part of the Haj 2026 pilgrimage arrangements.
Telangana Haj Committee Officials Attend Departure
Several prominent officials, chairmen and leaders were present on the occasion at the Hyderabad embarkation point and airport.
Those present included:

- Regional Passport Officer Jonnalagadda Snehaja
- Telangana Waqf Board Chairman Syed Azmathullah Hussaini

- TG Food Corporation Chairman M.A. Faheem
- TPCC Minority Chairman Mohammed Irfan
Other leaders, Haj Committee members Mohammed Mujeeb and Mohammed Layeeq, along with Haj Committee staff, were also present.
Telangana Haj Pilgrims Continue Departure for Haj 2026
The Telangana Haj Committee stated that 8,415 Telangana Haj pilgrims have so far departed from RGIA Airport, Hyderabad, to Jeddah Saudi Airport through multiple Haj flights arranged for Haj 2026.
The departure process is continuing under the supervision of Telangana Haj Committee officials and airport authorities.
The Telangana Haj Committee successfully operated the 20th Haj 2026 flight carrying 429 pilgrims from Hyderabad to Jeddah via RGIA Shamshabad Airport. With this departure, the total number of Telangana Haj pilgrims who have departed for Saudi Arabia has reached 8,415. Several officials, chairmen and Haj Committee members attended the departure arrangements at Hyderabad.
