Serilingampally Congress Social Media Coordinator Accused of Forging Uncle’s Death Certificate, Land Grab
Allegations have surfaced against Srihari Goud, Congress social media coordinator for Serilingampally, who is accused of allegedly creating a fake death certificate in the name of his uncle and transferring the latter’s land into his own name.

Hyderabad: Allegations have surfaced against Srihari Goud, Congress social media coordinator for Serilingampally, who is accused of allegedly creating a fake death certificate in the name of his uncle and transferring the latter’s land into his own name.
According to the allegations, the uncle’s wife approached the GHMC office seeking to transfer land registered in her late husband’s name. During the process, she reportedly discovered that a death certificate had allegedly been created in her husband’s name and that the property had subsequently been transferred to Srihari Goud.
Following a complaint by the woman, police reportedly registered a case and conducted an inquiry into the allegations.

Seeking justice, the woman and her son allegedly staged a protest in front of Srihari Goud’s residence. The family has alleged that Srihari Goud and his brother Satish Goud attacked the woman and her son during the incident.
The victims further alleged that despite lodging a complaint regarding the alleged assault, police have not registered a case against the accused. They claimed that the action was being delayed allegedly on the instructions of Congress party in-charge Jagadishwar Goud.
The complainants have also alleged that Srihari Goud threatened them with serious consequences after learning that they were attempting to approach the police and seek further action.
The allegations against Srihari Goud and the others are yet to be independently established. Further investigation by the police is expected to determine the circumstances surrounding the alleged forged document, property transfer and assault.
