Deep Mela 2026 to Be Held at HITEX from July 31 to August 2; Over 200 Exhibitors to Participate

The Deep Shikha Mahila Club has announced that the three-day Deep Mela 2026 will be held from July 31 to August 2 at Hall No. 3, HITEX Exhibition Grounds, Kondapur, bringing together more than 200 exhibitors from across the country.

The poster for the annual exhibition was unveiled on Thursday during a programme held at Kanya Gurukul School in Ameerpet.

Speaking on the occasion, Sangeeta Jain, President of the Deep Shikha Mahila Club, said the 62-year-old charitable organisation has been actively working for the welfare and empowerment of underprivileged women while also providing quality education to children from economically weaker sections of society.

She said the annual exhibition serves as a major fundraising initiative to support the organisation’s educational projects and women empowerment programmes. The funds generated through the event will be utilised for the management of the school run by the organisation and for various initiatives aimed at the development and upliftment of women.

Deep Mela 2026 will showcase a diverse range of products from different parts of India, including handloom textiles, designer apparel, imitation and designer jewellery, handicrafts, lifestyle products, gift hampers, nutritional products, home décor and utility items, skincare products, and specially curated Rakhi collections.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of regional delicacies at the food stalls that will be set up during the exhibition.

Organisers said that more than 200 exhibitors representing various States are expected to participate in this year’s edition, making it one of the prominent lifestyle and shopping exhibitions in the city.

Among those present at the poster unveiling ceremony were Bhavna Sanghi, Vice-President; Meenakshi Bhoraria, Secretary; Shivani Tibrewal, Treasurer; Mamta Bhandari, Joint Secretary; and Mela Committee members Padma Sultania, Shobha Bansal, Anita Goyal, Babita Jhabak, Vimala Badruka, and Priyanka Surana.
