Hyderabad: A prominent figure in the intellectual, spiritual, and social spheres of Hyderabad Deccan, Hazrat Allama Hafiz and Qari Mohammad Osman Naqshbandi, former Imam of Makkah Masjid and Khateeb -e Masjid Prince Shahamat Jah, passed away this morning.

The funeral prayer will be held at the historic Makkah mosque after the Asr prayer.
