In its latest report, the department noted that strong sunshine and rising temperatures will continue across the state until the rainfall begins. Several districts in Telangana are likely to experience temperatures exceeding 40 degrees Celsius during this period.
In Hyderabad and its surrounding areas, the temperature is expected to remain between 36 and 37 degrees Celsius.
Authorities have advised residents to remain cautious amid the rising heat and take necessary precautions to avoid heat-related health issues. Farmers have also been urged to take preventive measures to protect their crops from the possibility of sudden and heavy unseasonal rains.
