Hyderabad Traffic Advisory: One-Way Trial Run Around KBR Park on June 21 Due to H-CITI Flyover and Underpass Works
Hyderabad Traffic Police announced a one-way trial run around KBR Park on June 21, 2026, from 1000 hrs to 2000 hrs due to H-CITI Steel Flyover and Underpass construction works in Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills.

In view of the ongoing construction of the Steel Flyover and Underpass works in the limits of Banjara Hills Traffic Police Station and Jubilee Hills Traffic Police Station as part of the Hyderabad City Innovative & Transformative Infrastructure (H-CITI) project, Hyderabad Traffic Police have announced traffic diversions and a One-Way Trial Run on roads surrounding KBR Park.

The One-Way Trial Run will be implemented on June 21, 2026 (Sunday) between 1000 hrs and 2000 hrs. Commuters have been advised to use lane changers to switch between left and right lanes as per the signage provided by Traffic Police.
Traffic Diversions for Vehicles Coming from NFCL
Traffic coming from NFCL towards SNT, Sagar Society (Mugdha), KBR Park Entrance, Jubilee Hills Check Post, Road No. 36, Road No. 45 and Cable Bridge (Durgam Cheruvu) should follow the diversion route.
Suggested Route
- Take a left turn at NTR Bhavan towards Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital.
- Proceed via Agrasen Island.
- Continue towards Omega Hospital.
- Move through Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavan Junction.
- Proceed towards Road No. 45, Jubilee Hills Check Post, Cable Bridge, and IKEA.
Traffic Diversions from Yousufguda and Srinagar Colony
Traffic coming from Yousufguda and Srinagar Colony towards Road No. 36 & 45, Jubilee Hills and Madhapur has been advised to use the following routes.
Route 1
- Proceed via Indiranagar Gadda Road (Road No. 5, Jubilee Hills) towards Venkatagiri Junction.
- Take a right turn at Venkatagiri Junction.
- Continue towards Road No. 10, Jubilee Hills via Diamond House.
- Proceed towards Al-Cazar.
- Take a right turn towards Road No. 36, Jubilee Hills leading towards Neerus’ and Road No. 45, Jubilee Hills, Madhapur.
Route 2
- Proceed via Annapurna Studio Bylane.
- Take a left turn towards NTR Bhavan (Road No. 2).
- Continue towards Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital and Agrasen Island.
- Pass through Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.
- Proceed towards Filmnagar (Road No. 82), Senar Vally, and Shaikpet.
Traffic Diversions from ITC Kohinoor and Cable Bridge
Traffic coming from ITC Kohinoor and Cable Bridge (Durgam Cheruvu) towards Road No. 45 Junction, Jubilee Hills Check Post, Venkatagiri, NTR Bhavan and Panjagutta should follow the alternative route.
Suggested Route
- Proceed via Road No. 60 and Road No. 67.
- Continue towards Jubilee Hills Check Post via Road No. 1.
- Proceed towards Venkatagiri, NTR Bhavan, and Panjagutta.
Important Instructions for Commuters
Hyderabad Traffic Police have issued the following instructions:
- Follow the traffic diversions between 1000 hrs and 2000 hrs on Sunday.
- There will be no U-turns on the designated routes.
- Drive on the left side of the road to take proper and hassle-free exits.
- Note the designated exit points for smooth traffic movement.
- Follow on-ground traffic police instructions and signage.
