Hyderabad: isolved, a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the United States, has officially inaugurated its new office in Hyderabad, marking a significant expansion of its India operations and strengthening the city’s position as a growing global hub for engineering and AI innovation.
Trusted by over 200,000 employers and serving nearly 9 million employees across the United States, isolved said the new Hyderabad facility will play a key role in advancing its unified “People Cloud” platform, with a focus on product engineering, AI-driven capabilities, and platform delivery.
The company has established its new office at 23 Nordwest with a 28,000 square feet workspace and plans to hire around 400 employees by the end of 2027 across technology, engineering, product development, payroll, tax processing, and back-office operations.
The new center was inaugurated by Vallabi A, Program Director – SPEED & Investment Cell, Government of Telangana, along with Pragya Gupta, Chief Operating Officer of isolved, Amy Mosher, Chief People Officer, and Yogesh More, General Manager of isolved India.
Speaking at the inauguration, Vallabi A said Hyderabad continues to emerge as one of the world’s fastest-growing Global Capability Center hubs and praised isolved India for maintaining nearly 65 percent gender diversity in its workforce.
She stated that Telangana’s vision is to transform Hyderabad into a global capital for engineering and artificial intelligence by providing strong infrastructure, governance, and innovation-friendly policies, adding that isolved’s expansion aligns perfectly with that vision.
Pragya Gupta, Chief Operating Officer of isolved, said the expansion marks an important step in scaling the company’s platform and accelerating innovation in HR technology.
