Hyderabad: The deputy chief minister Karnataka state DK Shiva Kumar today said that the whole of Telangana was waiting for a change.

He said that the people of Telangana wanted to express their gratitude to their party leader Sonia Gandhi for forming the Telangana state. DK Shivakumar said that KCR would have to take rest at his farmhouse after the upcoming assembly elections.

“KCR never sleeps without thinking of us. Five guarantees are going to be implemented on behalf of the Congress in this election. He said that there was no fight for the CM’s chair in the state. He expressed confidence that the Congress party would win in Telangana.

He alleged that people in Telangana were fed up with the inefficient governance of KCR. He added that the people were also already ready to defeat KCR.

DK Shivakumar will campaign for the party candidates in the state. Earlier, congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi visited Telangana and campaigned for the party candidates.
