Following the removal of the wall blocking the road in Mallampet–Bachupally area, HMDA has begun black-top (BT) road work on the cleared stretch.

- The BT road is expected to be completed soon
- This will further improve connectivity for commuters
The issue was located in Dundigal Mandal of Medchal–Malkajgiri district, where residents had been facing travel difficulties due to the blocked road.
