Rajiv Swagruha Open Plot Auction Gets Huge Response, Thorrur Land Price Touches Rs 45,500 Per Square Yard
Rajiv Swagruha Corporation earned around Rs. 83 crore through the auction of 85 open plots in Thorrur, Kurmalguda, and Bahadurpally near Hyderabad.

The open plot auction conducted by Rajiv Swagruha Corporation received a strong response from buyers, generating approximately Rs. 83 crore in revenue.

The public auction for 85 open plots owned by Rajiv Swagruha Corporation was held on Monday at a private function hall in Pedda Amberpet.
The plots are located in:
- Thorrur – 66 plots
- Kurmalguda – 11 plots
- Bahadurpally – 8 plots
According to officials, the plots are free from disputes, fully developed with infrastructure facilities, and located close to Future City and the Outer Ring Road (ORR).
Thorrur Plot Price Reaches Rs 45,500 Per Square Yard
V.P. Gautham stated that bidders competed intensely to purchase plots in the Thorrur layout.
The highest bid in Thorrur reached Rs. 45,500 per square yard.
The Thorrur plots, located near the ORR and Adibatla IT Corridor, range between 200 and 700 square yards in size.
Officials fixed the minimum price at Rs. 25,000 per square yard, while the average auction price reached Rs. 32,500 per square yard.
According to V.P. Gautham, bidders increased rates nearly 20 times during the auction to secure their preferred plots, reflecting the strong demand for land in the area.
Kurmalguda and Bahadurpally Plots Also Receive Strong Demand
In Kurmalguda, which is located close to the airport and RCI, plots ranging between 200 and 400 square yards were auctioned.
The minimum price was fixed at Rs. 20,000 per square yard, while the highest bid reached Rs. 27,500 per square yard.
Similarly, plots in Bahadurpally, located adjacent to the Outer Ring Road, also attracted strong demand.
The Bahadurpally plots ranged between 200 and 1000 square yards.
The minimum price there was fixed at Rs. 27,000 per square yard, while the highest auction price reached Rs. 40,500 per square yard.
The average sale price in Bahadurpally stood at Rs. 33,800 per square yard.
Around 150 Bidders Participate in Transparent Auction
Officials stated that the public auction was conducted transparently from morning till evening.
Approximately 150 bidders from different regions participated in the auction process.
The strong response reflected growing demand for open plots in areas connected to the ORR, Future City, and IT corridors around Hyderabad.
