Hyderabad: Major food safety violations were detected during inspections conducted by CMC across Cyberabad on July 8. Officials found rat droppings in food storage areas, expired mushrooms, butter and chana dal, an expired FSSAI licence while accepting online orders, 4–5 cats inside a cloud kitchen, cockroach and heavy fly infestation, synthetic food colours, missing medical fitness certificates and water test reports, FIFO/FEFO violations, a rusted freezer and poor hygiene. Following the inspections, Shree Dwaraka Grand (Reddy Catering Services Cloud Kitchen), Bagh Ameer, was issued a closure notice until all food safety deficiencies are rectified.
