Pradeep Constructions Land Dispute: HYDRA Seeks Two-Week Extension to File Counter

The development has drawn attention as HYDRA, which had earlier faced criticism over its handling of the issue and the public narrative surrounding the case, has now sought additional time to present its position before the court.

The court’s decision on HYDRA’s request for additional time is awaited. The matter is expected to remain under legal scrutiny as both sides present their claims and supporting records regarding the status of the disputed land and its alleged inclusion or exclusion from the FTL area.

The case is being closely watched amid ongoing debates over land use, lake protection and the jurisdiction of HYDRA in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
