Hyderabad: Panic gripped the Kukatpally Housing Board area after a car allegedly driven by an intoxicated man went on a rampage, smashing into and damaging eight motorcycles parked along the roadside.
According to local residents, the incident occurred when the car driver lost control of the vehicle and rammed into the parked two-wheelers one after another. The impact left several bikes badly damaged.
Residents who rushed to the spot allegedly found the driver in an inebriated condition. Liquor bottles were also reportedly found inside the car, strengthening suspicions that the driver had been driving under the influence of alcohol.
