Telangana Govt regularises 38 fast track courts, sanctions 1098 posts

The sanctioned posts include district judges, senior civil judges, chief administrative officers, superintendents and senior assistants.

Hyderabad: The Telangana government has regularised the existing 38 fast track courts and accorded sanction of 1098 posts in fast track courts in the state for smooth and effective functioning of District Judiciary in order to render speedy justice to the litigant public and also to facilitate the establishment of courts in the newly carved out revenue districts in the state, officials informed on Tuesday.

On the request of Registrar General of High Court and after careful examination of the proposal, the government has decided to convert the existing 38 fast track courts including 22 fast track courts in the cadre of Additional District and Sessions Judge and 16 Fast Track Courts in the cadre of Senior Civil Judge in the state into permanent regular courts, according to a Government order issued by Secretary to Government M A Mannan Farooqui recently.

In a separate GO issued by Special Chief Secretary K Ramakrishna Rao, also accorded sanction for creation of 1098 posts to 22 fast Track courts ( 31 posts for each court) and 16 Fast Track courts ( 26 posts for each court).

The sanctioned posts include district judges, senior civil judges, chief administrative officers, superintendents and senior assistants.
