BJP Alleges Congress-BRS-MIM Nexus in Hyderabad Politics During ‘Rythu Gosa – BJP Bharosa’ Yatra

Telangana BJP president N. Ramchander Rao alleged a Congress-BRS-MIM nexus in Hyderabad politics and criticized the Telangana government over water supply and HILT policy issues.

Hyderabad: Bharatiya Janata Party Telangana state president N. Ramchander Rao alleged that the ruling Congress, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), and All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) were “deceiving Hyderabad citizens for political mileage” during the party’s “Rythu Gosa – BJP Bharosa” yatra held in Kukatpally on May 26.

BJP Alleges Congress-BRS-MIM Political Nexus

Addressing newsmen during the yatra in Kukatpally, Ramchander Rao alleged that the proposed bifurcation of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) into multiple corporations was being carried out solely to strengthen MIM politically.

The BJP leader accused the Congress, BRS, and MIM of misleading Hyderabad citizens for political advantage.

BJP Targets Telangana Government Over Water Supply Issues

Targeting the Telangana government, Ramchander Rao alleged a complete collapse of Hyderabad’s drinking water supply system.

He claimed that residents in the city are receiving drinking water only once in three to four days and are being forced to depend on private tankers for water supply.

BJP Alleges “Real Estate Scam” Under HILT Policy

Alleging a “real estate scam” under the HILT policy, the BJP state president accused the Telangana government of converting industrial zones into residential areas to benefit real estate interests.

He further alleged that no proper assessment had been conducted regarding the impact of the policy on jobs and livelihoods.

BJP Promises Development Ahead of GHMC Elections

Projecting BJP as an alternative for Hyderabad’s development ahead of GHMC elections, Ramchander Rao said schemes introduced under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, including Smart City and AMRUT programmes, could transform Hyderabad into a global city.

He asserted that BJP-led development initiatives could improve urban infrastructure and governance in Hyderabad.
