Kodangal: Minister for Health T Harish Rao has informed that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will release the BRS party’s manifesto soon.
Addressing the public meeting after inaugurating a 50 bed-hospital at Kosgi in Narayanpet district on Wednesday, Harish Rao said that women would soon hear good news from the Chief Minister in addition to the existing schemes like Kalyana Lakshmi, KCR Kit, Nutrition Kit and Gruha Lakshmi which are designed for women.
“The people of Kosgi and Kodangal areas used to face acute shortage of drinking water and they used to run after the tankers for water. However, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has resolved the drinking water problem and is providing water to each household in the Kodangal Assembly constituency under the Mission Bhagiratha Scheme. Had TPCC president Revanth Reddy won the Assembly seat of Kodangal, there would have been no fresh water for another 10 years,” Harish Rao pointed out.
He also accused the Congress leaders of issuing false declarations to the people of Telangana on the eve of Assembly elections and asked why the Congress government was not implementing the same declarations in Karnataka.
Minister Patnam Mahender Reddy and other elected representatives were also present.
