Hyderabad: A Greyhound constable was electrocuted to death at the Jubilee Hills check post in Hyderabad city.
He has been identified as 45-year-old Veeraswamy.
Swami had come to Yusufguda last night to meet his younger brother and was returning by bike to Gandipet when suddenly it started raining with strong winds as he reached the Jubilee Hills check post.
As a result of strong winds, his bike went out of control and he fell on the pavement and hit a nearby electric pole and was electrocuted.
Police rushed him in an ambulance to Jubilee Hills Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.
