Officials found rat droppings in food storage areas, expired mushrooms, butter and chana dal, an expired FSSAI licence while accepting online orders, 4–5 cats inside a cloud kitchen, cockroach and heavy fly infestation, synthetic food colours, missing medical fitness certificates and water test reports, FIFO/FEFO violations, a rusted freezer and poor hygiene. Following the inspections, Shree Dwaraka Grand (Reddy Catering Services Cloud Kitchen), Bagh Ameer, was issued a closure notice until all food safety deficiencies are rectified.
