A Breath Analyzer Test revealed a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) reading of 60 mg/100 ml, confirming that he was driving the commercial vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Auto Carrying School Children Intercepted at 08:37 AM
At approximately 08:37 AM, the enforcement team intercepted an auto-rickshaw bearing registration number TS12UA9230.
Police found that the vehicle was transporting six school children belonging to Slate School, Abids.
Upon closer inspection, the driver Shaik Ismail (35 years) was suspected to be in an inebriated condition.
Breath Analyzer Test Reveals BAC of 60 mg/100 ml
The driver was immediately subjected to a Breath Analyzer Test.
The test recorded a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) of 60 mg/100 ml, confirming that he was operating the commercial vehicle under the influence of alcohol while transporting school children.
The matter was immediately escalated to senior officials.
Vehicle Secured, Driver Handed Over to Goshamahal L&O Police
To ensure the safety of the children, Hyderabad Traffic Police secured the vehicle and took necessary precautions.
The driver was subsequently handed over to the Goshamahal Law & Order (L&O) Police Station for immediate statutory legal action.

Following the incident, the Goshamahal L&O Police registered a criminal case against Shaik Ismail.
