Speaking at the inauguration, Kamal Krishnan, Head for Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, Times Property expressed his excitement over the event’s growth.
Krishnan highlighted the exponential growth of the Times Property Expo, with increased participation from both the builders’ community and homebuyers each year. He noted that the Expo provides a platform for developers and buyers to connect, with the event showcasing a wide range of properties, including apartments, villas, and gated communities.
“We are proud to be a part of Telangana’s growth, especially as the state continues to develop world-class infrastructure and attract talent from across India and the globe,” Krishnan said.
This year’s Expo features over 41 builders and is expected to draw a large number of visitors from different sections of society. The properties on display cater to various needs, including pet-friendly spaces and sports facilities.
Krishnan also introduced new features for this edition, including a dedicated children’s zone and a
pet zone, designed to make the event more family friendly. He thanked the participating developers, including Rajapushpa Properties, and expressed optimism for a successful event.
The Times Property Show will continue through the weekend, with expectations of high footfall from serious buyers.
