Hyderabad: Ahead of the upcoming Bonalu festivities and Ghatam Procession, the Hyderabad City Police, Charminar Zone, held a coordination meeting on July 29, 2026, under the supervision of Sri Tafseer Iqbal, IPS, Additional Commissioner of Police, Law & Order, South Range, and Sri Kiran Khare, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Charminar Zone.

Officials from multiple government departments, GHMC, temple committees, and festival stakeholders discussed law and order, traffic management, security, sanitation, and civic arrangements to ensure the celebrations are conducted smoothly and peacefully. The preparations are ongoing.
