A woman hailing from Hyderabad is trapped in Abu Dhabi for the past 16 months, having been promised a monthly salary of 40,000 rupees. Unfortunately, she hasn’t received her wages, and her situation has worsened due to a change in ownership of the employing company.
Now, she’s compelled to work in various households. The victim, Sadia Begum Saidyounis, reached out to her sister about the ordeal.
Through the efforts of Amjadullah Khan Khalid, leader of Majlis Bachao Tehreek, and with the support of Indian Foreign Minister Jaishankar, there’s a call to secure Sadia’s release and reunite her with her family.
