Karimnagar Police cracked the PMJ Jewellery gunpoint robbery case and arrested three interstate robbers linked to a robbery gang operating from Bihar and West Bengal. Police said a manhunt is continuing for the main accused, Subodh Singh, who allegedly operates the gang from Bihar. Pistols, vehicles and gold ornaments were seized from the arrested accused.

Karimnagar Police Bust Interstate Robbery Gang
According to police officials, the robbery gang involved in the PMJ Jewellery robbery case was operating across multiple states.
The accused arrested in the case are interstate robbers from Bihar and Bengal. Police launched a special operation and successfully cracked the robbery case.
Main Accused Subodh Singh Still Absconding
Police said the main accused, identified as Subodh Singh, is currently absconding and a manhunt is underway to trace and arrest him.
According to the Commissioner of Police, Karimnagar, the gang leader has spent time in several jails including:
- Asansol
- Alipur
- Patna
- Odisha
The police said he was involved in several criminal cases.
Gang Recruited Old Offenders for Robbery Operations
Speaking about the gang’s operations, the Commissioner of Police, Karimnagar, said:
“The Gang leader identified the old offenders of Dacoity cases, Arms act cases, murder cases and recruits for Robbery and gives Salaries, gives incentives, gives Fake Aadhar Cards.”
Police alleged that the gang used experienced offenders in dacoity, Arms Act and murder cases for robbery operations.
Pistols, Vehicles and Gold Ornaments Seized
During the investigation, police seized:
- Pistols
- Vehicles
- Gold ornaments
The seized items were reportedly recovered from the accused linked to the PMJ Jewellery robbery case.
Investigation Continues in PMJ Jewellery Robbery Case
Police said further investigation into the interstate robbery network is continuing.
Efforts are ongoing to arrest absconding gang leader Subodh Singh and identify additional members connected to the gang.
