Owaisi congratulates Indian Navy over commissioning INS Vikrant

Hyderabad: All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) President Asaduddin Owaisi here on Friday congratulated the Indian Navy over commissioning the first indigenously-built aircraft carrier INS Vikrant.

Taking to micro-blogging site twitter, Owaisi said Heartiest congratulations to the Indian Navy on INS Vikrant.

Let us hope that this gives our government and @PMOIndia the courage to call a Special Parliamentary session to discuss the China border situation and our policy. #INS Vikrant, the AIMIM Chief said.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi commissioned the INS Vikrant in Kochi this morning.
