Praja Vani Program Implementation Since December 8, 2023

- Praja Vani is being conducted every Tuesday and Friday
- Venue: Mahatma Jyothiba Phule Praja Bhavan
- Officials from all departments receive petitions and applications directly from the public
- Immediate steps are taken for resolution
At the district level, Praja Vani is conducted every week under the leadership of Collectors.
CM Directs Expansion of Praja Vani to Grassroots Levels
During a review meeting at MCR HRD, the Chief Minister directed K. Praveen Kumar along with CMO officials to bring Praja Vani services closer to the people.
Key directions include:
- Immediate launch at Revenue Division level
- Gradual expansion to Mandal level in phases
- Full powers to officials at all levels to resolve complaints
The move aims to reduce the need for people from remote areas to travel to Hyderabad or district headquarters.
Digital Platform and Real-Time Monitoring Planned
The Chief Minister ordered the development of an integrated digital platform for:
- Complaint registration
- Tracking
- Resolution
He also suggested real-time monitoring at both district and state levels, including dashboard-based tracking systems.
Strict Guidelines for Complaint Resolution
The Chief Minister issued clear directives:
- Every complaint must be registered
- Complaints must be forwarded to relevant departments
- Applicants must be informed about resolution progress
- Fixed timelines must be followed
- No delays should occur
He emphasized accountability, stating that officials responsible for delays should be held answerable.
Nodal Officers, Auto-Escalation and Appeal System
Further instructions include:
- Appointment of special nodal officers at every level
- Establishment of dedicated Praja Vani departments in every district and department
- Implementation of an auto-escalation system for unresolved petitions
- Introduction of an appeal system if necessary
Regular reviews must be conducted at district and state levels, with special focus on pending complaints.
