As part of the efforts to streamline water distribution, village-wise WhatsApp groups have been created involving women’s groups, sarpanches, ward members and panchayat secretaries. The groups will be used to communicate water supply schedules and provide timely updates to residents.
The initiative is aimed at improving coordination between officials and local representatives and ensuring that villagers are informed about drinking water supply timings in advance.
