CM Revanth Reddy Reviews 99-Day Praja Palana–Pragathi Pranalika Programme, Orders District-Wise Progress Audit
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy reviewed the 99-day Praja Palana–Pragathi Pranalika programme at the Telangana Secretariat and ordered district-wise reviews, facial recognition attendance systems, solar power plants in schools, and progress monitoring dashboards.

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said the State Government has become more accessible to the people through the Praja Palana–Pragathi Pranalika programme conducted across the state from March 16 to June 12.

Reviewing the 99-day programme at the Dr B.R. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat, the Chief Minister assessed the activities undertaken by various departments and their outcomes. Rajya Sabha MP V. Narender Reddy, Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao, DGP C.V. Anand, and senior officials from various departments attended the meeting.
During the review, departments submitted reports on programmes conducted from the district level to the village level.
CM Appreciates Departments for Active Participation in 99-Day Programme
The Chief Minister congratulated the departments that actively participated in the 99-day action plan.
He recalled that he had earlier directed senior officials of all departments, from Principal Secretaries to District Collectors, to undertake regular field visits every month. Revanth Reddy instructed the Chief Secretary to submit a report on officials and District Collectors who failed to conduct field visits.
Officials Directed to Record Public Feedback
The Chief Minister instructed departments to record feedback received from public representatives and citizens during programmes conducted at different levels.
He also directed departments to resolve issues identified in villages and maintain records of all development works, foundation stones laid, and assets created during the last three months.
List of Villages Without Gram Panchayat Buildings Sought
Revanth Reddy directed Panchayat Raj officials to immediately prepare a list of villages that still do not have Gram Panchayat buildings.
He asked officials to formulate an action plan for constructing new Gram Panchayat buildings in such villages.
The Chief Minister also directed that solar power plants be installed on the rooftops of all school buildings across the state.
Facial Recognition Attendance System for Education and Health Departments
The Chief Minister made it clear that a facial recognition attendance system should be implemented at all levels in the education and health sectors.
He directed that the same attendance system be followed by all employees from schools to colleges and from Primary Health Centres (PHCs) to Osmania Hospital and Gandhi Hospital.
District-Wise Review Ordered
The Chief Minister directed officials to conduct district-wise reviews immediately, similar to the state-level review conducted on the 99-day action plan.
He instructed that one senior IAS officer from the state level be appointed as a Special Officer for each district and be sent to oversee the review process.
He also directed officials to release district-wise progress reports.
Dashboard to Track Beneficiaries and Development Works
Revanth Reddy instructed officials to prepare detailed information on beneficiaries receiving government schemes and development works undertaken by the government at the district, constituency, mandal, and village levels.
He directed that all such information be made available through a dashboard.
Report Sought on CM’s Assurances
The Chief Minister reviewed the implementation of assurances made by him during district visits and government programmes after assuming office.
He instructed the Planning Department to submit constituency-wise reports on the progress of promises made by the Chief Minister.
Reviewing the Praja Palana–Pragathi Pranalika programme conducted from March 16 to June 12, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said the initiative helped bring the government closer to the people. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat, he issued several directives, including district-wise progress reviews, implementation of facial recognition attendance systems, construction of Gram Panchayat buildings where unavailable, installation of solar power plants on schools, and monitoring of government schemes through a dedicated dashboard.
