CM to Release Final ₹1,009 Crore Rythu Bharosa Instalment Tomorrow, Total Payout to Reach ₹9,000 Crore: Bhatti Vikramarka

Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka announced that Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, along with Cabinet colleagues, will release the final ₹1,009 crore instalment under the Rythu Bharosa Scheme on Friday, directly into the bank accounts of farmers. The announcement was made after inspecting arrangements for the Rythu Ashirvada Sabha at Jagannadhapuram–Mathkepalli Cross Road in Chinthakani mandal. With this release, the total assistance under the scheme for the current season will reach ₹9,000 crore, distributed within nine days.

Bhatti Vikramarka Announces Final Rythu Bharosa Instalment
After inspecting preparations for the Rythu Ashirvada Sabha, Bhatti Vikramarka addressed a media conference at the Lachagudem Rythu Vedika on Thursday.
He said that Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, along with Cabinet colleagues, will transfer ₹1,009 crore directly into the bank accounts of farmers during the Rythu Ashirvada Sabha on Friday.
According to the Deputy Chief Minister:
“On Friday, during the ‘Rythu Ashirvada Sabha’, in the presence of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Cabinet colleagues, another ₹1,009 crore will be transferred directly into the bank accounts of farmers. With this, a total of ₹9,000 crore will have been released completely for this season within just nine days.”
₹8,759 Crore Released in Nine Days
Bhatti Vikramarka said that under the Rythu Bharosa Scheme, the Telangana Government has already released a record ₹8,759 crore to farmers in just nine days.
Following Friday’s transfer of ₹1,009 crore, the total seasonal disbursement will increase to ₹9,000 crore.
Government’s Aim Is to Support Farmers
The Deputy Chief Minister said the government’s primary objective is to make agriculture a festival by providing investment support to the farming community, which he described as the backbone of the State’s economy.
Comparison with Previous BRS Government
Bhatti Vikramarka stated that the previous BRS government spent ₹72,000 crore over 10 years under Rythu Bharosa.
He said the Congress government has released ₹35,839 crore under the scheme in just two-and-a-half years.
₹1,67,877 Crore Spent on Farmers Through Various Schemes
The Deputy Chief Minister said that during the same two-and-a-half-year period, the government has spent a total of ₹1,67,877 crore for farmers through:
- Rythu Bharosa
- Farm loan waiver
- Crop bonus
- Crop insurance
- Crop loss compensation
- Agricultural power subsidy
- Farm mechanisation
- Atmiya Bharosa
- Indiramma schemes
- Irrigation projects
- Various other welfare programmes
