Watch: Cop’s timely response saves life of man in Dabeerpura, Hyderabad
T Narasimha, a constable working at the police station, who was passing by the lane, rushed to the spot and rescued the victim.
Hyderabad: A man attempted suicide by trying to hang himself with a cable wire running between two poles adjacent to Dabeerpura police station. However, thanks to the alertness and quick response of a cop, he was saved. The incident occurred on Thursday.
CCTV footage of the incident showed that the man trying to hang himself with a cable wire on a busy road. A couple of passersby dissuaded him from doing so while passing by but in vain.
Later, on noticing it, T Narasimha, a constable working at the police station, who was passing by the lane, rushed to the spot and rescued the victim. The man was rushed to the hospital.
Superior authorities lauded the effort of the cop.
