Hyderabad: 3 young children drowned after falling into a pit full of water in Rangareddy district on Monday.
The incident took place in Shadnagar town. The three children died after falling into a pit full of water while playing. The trio was less than 10 years of age.
According to the police, the pit was dug for some construction work by Real Estate people, but due to the recent heavy rains, it was filled with water.
Apparently, the children fell into the pit and drowned.
Their bodies later were found in the pit. Shadangar police are busy investigating.
