A shocking murder took place under the limits of Chilkalguda Police Station in Secunderabad, where a B.Tech fourth-year student, Yuvan alias Akhil, was brutally hacked to death by a group of around 10 persons on Thursday night. Police suspect that an alleged love affair was the main motive behind the murder, and an investigation is currently underway.

According to police sources, the deceased was identified as Yuvan alias Akhil, a resident of Indiranagar Colony. The incident occurred around 9 PM when he was reportedly watching a cricket match on a mobile phone along with his friends.
B.Tech Student Attacked by Group of Around 10 Persons in Chilkalguda
Reports said a group of around 10 persons arrived at the spot on bikes and allegedly picked up an argument with Yuvan alias Akhil.
Moments later, the attackers allegedly assaulted him with knives. He suffered severe injuries on his head, neck, and hands during the brutal attack.
The victim’s friends immediately shifted him to the emergency ward of Gandhi Hospital for treatment. However, doctors declared him brought dead.
Hospital sources reportedly found around 15 stab injuries on the victim’s body.
Chilkalguda Police Begin Investigation Into Brutal Murder
After receiving information about the incident, police rushed to the crime scene and started an investigation.
Inspector Valishetty Ramakrishna visited Gandhi Hospital and reviewed the case details.
Police suspect that a love affair was the primary motive behind the brutal murder. Efforts are underway to identify and trace all the accused persons involved in the attack.
The current status of the case remains under investigation.
