Punjab Kings captain Shreyas Iyer remained unbeaten on 59 off 36 balls, while opener Priyansh Arya scored 56 off 33 balls to guide PBKS to a massive total after being sent into bat.

Priyansh Arya and Prabhsimran Singh Give PBKS Strong Start

Punjab Kings got off to an attacking start with opener Priyansh Arya leading the charge.

Arya scored 56 runs off 33 balls and shared a 78-run opening partnership with Prabhsimran Singh, who made 18 runs.

The opening stand came in just 41 balls and gave PBKS strong momentum early in the innings.

Shreyas Iyer Anchors Punjab Kings Innings

After the opening partnership, Punjab Kings skipper Shreyas Iyer and Cooper Connolly took responsibility to carry the innings forward.

Iyer remained unbeaten on 59 runs from 36 balls, while Cooper Connolly contributed 38 runs off 27 balls.

Their partnership helped Punjab Kings maintain the scoring rate throughout the innings.

Suryansh Shedge Provides Late Boost

Towards the end of the innings, Suryansh Shedge played a quick cameo.

He remained unbeaten on 21 runs from just 8 balls, helping Punjab Kings finish strongly at 210/5 in 20 overs.

Mitchell Starc and Madhav Tiwari Pick Two Wickets Each

For Delhi Capitals, Mitchell Starc and Madhav Tiwari picked up two wickets each.

Mitchell Starc finished with figures of 2/57, while Madhav Tiwari returned figures of 2/40.
