Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President Mahesh Kumar Goud asserted that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has no presence in Telangana and claimed that the Congress party is set to secure a second consecutive term in government.

He made these remarks during a Satyagraha Diksha held at Gandhi Bhavan on Saturday. Mahesh Kumar Goud Criticizes Rejection of Meenakshi Natarajan’s Nomination

Speaking at the event, Mahesh Kumar Goud alleged that the BJP’s actions in the case of Meenakshi Natarajan violated all established norms and amounted to an insult to the Indian Constitution.

He further alleged that the Election Returning Officer acted despite there being no case against Meenakshi Natarajan and claimed that the decision facilitated the victory of a BJP candidate from Madhya Pradesh.

The TPCC chief controversially stated that the Election Returning Officer deserved severe punishment for the alleged actions.

Comparison with Jharkhand Rajya Sabha Elections

Mahesh Kumar Goud also referred to the Jharkhand Rajya Sabha elections and alleged that an independent candidate backed by industrialist Mukesh Ambani was granted a second opportunity despite lacking proper documentation.

In contrast, he claimed that the BJP had unjustly taken away a Congress seat in the case involving Meenakshi Natarajan, despite there being no charges against her.

BJP Promoting Divisive Ideology, Alleges TPCC President

The TPCC chief accused the BJP of promoting a divisive ideology and made a series of allegations against the party.

According to Mahesh Kumar Goud:

“BJP is chanting Godse. BJP leaders are planning to establish a Godse kingdom. They are bringing their own agenda and imposing it on the people. They are acting as if what BJP has said is the constitution.”

The remarks were made during his address at the Satyagraha Diksha in Hyderabad.

Allegations Regarding BJP Expansion in Telangana

Mahesh Kumar Goud also alleged that BJP leaders are trying to strengthen their presence in Telangana with the support of Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan.
