Senior IAS officer Sanjay Jaju, a 1992-batch IAS officer, formally assumed charge as the Chief Secretary to the Government of Telangana on June 30 at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat, Hyderabad. B. Shafiullah, IFS, Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare Department, met and congratulated him on assuming office. Sanjay Jaju succeeds K. Ramakrishna Rao, IAS, who retired from service on the same day.

Sanjay Jaju Takes Charge as Telangana Chief Secretary
Senior IAS officer Sanjay Jaju officially took charge as the Chief Secretary to the Government of Telangana at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat in Hyderabad.
A 1992-batch IAS officer, Sanjay Jaju was appointed as the new Chief Secretary through government orders issued on June 26.
He succeeds K. Ramakrishna Rao, IAS, who retired from service on June 30 after serving as the Chief Secretary.
