Hyderabad: The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has unveiled a booklet shedding light on the deceptive promises made by the Congress party during elections.
The booklet aims to highlight the numerous impractical commitments made by Congress, which, despite coming to power, are languishing in delay. These promises, totalling 420 instead of the initially stated six, are meticulously compiled in this publication, drawing from the party’s manifesto and various declarations.
It remains unclear whether the Congress party accidentally misstated its promises or if there was a premeditated intent to mislead the people of Telangana. The use of the number 420, a colloquial term for fraud, underscores the alleged deceit.
The BRS emphasizes the urgency for the Congress party to initiate programs for the immediate implementation of its commitments, ensuring adherence to the promises made during the election campaign, including specific timelines before the forthcoming Lok Sabha election code is released.
The party warns that failure to fulfil these assurances will prompt continuous reminders of the alleged deception perpetrated by the Congress party, with ongoing pressure on the party to uphold its commitments to the people of Telangana.
