CBSE Class 10 Results Declared: Over 93% Students Pass

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the results for the Class 10 board examinations, with an overall pass percentage of 93.66%, showing a slight increase from last year’s 93.60%.

Girls Outperform Boys Again

Girls have once again outshined boys in the board exams.

  • Pass percentage for girls: 95%
  • Pass percentage for boys: 92.63%
  • Difference: Over 2 percentage points

Transgender candidates also performed notably well, with a pass percentage of 95%, a rise from 91.30% last year.

High Achievers and Compartment Stats

  • Students scoring above 90%: Over 1.99 lakh
  • Students scoring above 95%: 45,516
  • Students placed in compartment exams: More than 1.41 lakh

Total Number of Candidates Appeared

This year, a total of 23,71,939 students appeared for the CBSE Class 10 exams across the country.
