Nagarkurnool: Will former MLA of Nagar Kurnool Marri Janardhan Reddy give a shock to BRS party? It is reported that he is planning to leave the BRS party.

Janardhan Reddy, who was defeated in the Assembly elections with a small majority, is reportedly planning to contest in the upcoming the Parliament elections. It is learnt that he held A lot of discussions with the congress party leader to contest from Malkajgiri MP seat as the ruling party candidate.

The leaders and activists of Nagar Kurnool BRS are perplexed by this news. A meeting was arranged with the party leaders and workers today by Janardhan Reddy. There is a possibility of a clarification from Janardhan Reddy on the issue.

In last year’s assembly elections, Marri Janardhan Reddy contested as a BRS party MLA candidate from Nagar Kurnool constituency and lost to the congress party Candidate  Kuchukulla Rajesh Reddy.  Rajesh Reddy won with a majority of votes on Janardhan Reddy.

Having suffered defeat as an MLA, Janardhan Reddy is now hoping for the Malkajgiri MP ticket in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. (NSS)
