The government has extended the deadline for the free update of Aadhaar card details until June 14. Initially set for March 14, this extension grants Aadhaar holders an additional four months to update their cards by uploading necessary identity and address proofs. It is advised to promptly take advantage of this opportunity if you haven’t already done so.
Failure to update Aadhaar cards in a timely manner may lead to interruptions in crucial tasks. Moreover, inaccurate information on Aadhaar cards can restrict access to various government schemes. However, there is no cause for concern as Aadhaar demographics can be updated for free through the myAadhaar portal.
