Hyderabad: A delegation comprising prominent Islamic scholars, religious leaders, Sufi elders and respected personalities from Hyderabad met DCP Charminar Kiran Khare and expressed serious concern over alleged insulting and offensive remarks made against a sacred personality and the Ummahat-ul-Momineen (Mothers of the Believers).

During the meeting held in Hyderabad, the delegation demanded strict legal action against the person responsible for the alleged remarks. The delegation urged the police to take immediate steps to address the issue and ensure that those accused of hurting Muslim sentiments are brought to justice.
Delegation Demands Immediate Case Registration and Arrest
Speaking on the occasion, Shujauddin Iftikhari stated:
“The delegation has strongly demanded that the DCP immediately register a case and arrest the concerned person without delay so that peace and law and order in the city can be maintained and those who hurt Muslim sentiments can be brought to justice.”
According to the delegation, prompt legal action is necessary to prevent any disturbance to public peace and to address the concerns of the Muslim community.
DCP Charminar Kiran Khare Assures Appropriate Action
The delegation submitted its concerns directly to DCP Charminar Kiran Khare, who listened to the matter seriously.
According to the press note, DCP Kiran Khare assured the delegation that appropriate and strict action would be taken in accordance with the law.
