KCR may decide on formation of new national party after presidential elections
The source added that KCR will be forming the new National party after the Presidential elections, as the present situation is not favourable.
Hyderabad: The ruling TRS party President and Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao who is maintaining silence on the formation of new National party in this month and also announced the dates and postponed it, has come into dilemma seeing the political scenario as the country is going for the Presidential elections and on the other side political crisis in Maharashtra from where he has expected the strong support.
According to the sources from the TRS party leaders, KCR who has promised to NCP President Sharad Pawar when both of them talk that the TRS party will extend support to the Opposition candidate (Now the Yeshwant Sinha is the opposition candidate against the NDA candidate Draupadi Murmu) due to change in political scenario, now the KCR may call again his party rank and file and discuss on the Presidential Elections.
The source added that KCR will be forming the new National party after the Presidential elections, as the present situation is not favourable. With more than 3 weeks to go before the Presidential elections, it seems he has decided to continue the exercise on the new National Party
It may be recalled that KCR has held a high level meeting with the Speaker of the Assembly, Council Chairman, Ministers, MPs, MLAs, party functionaries recently in this it was decided to launch the new National Party on June 19 and then postponed to June 22 and again now it has postponed till the Presidential elections is over as all the political parties leaders will be busy in Presidential elections.
The TRS leaders have even approached the Election Commission of India on the formation of a new National party, as part of the preparation for the new National Party KCR decided to hold the meeting with the economists, experts in various fields, retired IAS officers and IPS officers.
He has also met with the financial experts from Delhi at Pragathi Bhavan, discussed with the noted media celebrities. It is learnt that the KCR will be meeting with various prominent people and this exercise will continue till end of second week of July, said the source.
