The 486th birth anniversary of Veer Shiromani Maharana Pratap was celebrated with great fervor and enthusiasm in Hyderabad under the leadership of the Akhil Bharatiya Kshatriya Mahasabha.
Hyderabad: The 486th birth anniversary of Veer Shiromani Maharana Pratap was celebrated with great fervor and enthusiasm in Hyderabad under the leadership of the Akhil Bharatiya Kshatriya Mahasabha. Floral tributes were paid to the portrait of the legendary Rajput warrior, followed by a commemorative gathering highlighting his remarkable legacy of patriotism, valor, and selfless sacrifice.
Addressing the gathering, Uday Singh Bayas, President Akhil Bharatiya Kshatriya Mahasabha, said that Maharana Pratap’s extraordinary courage and leadership during the historic Battle of Haldighati continue to inspire generations. He urged young people to embrace the ideals of Maharana Pratap and actively contribute to nation-building and social development.
He also appealed to the government to install a statue of Maharana Pratap at Tank Bund in Hyderabad as a tribute to the iconic warrior king and his enduring contribution to Indian history.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from community elders, youth, and women. Prominent members of the Rajput community, including Narsingh Thakur, Ajay Singh, Shakti Singh, Chandra Kishan Singh, Govind Raj Singh, Prabhu Singh, Rana Nagesh Singh, Manisha, Jyoti, Nandita, Madhavi, Rohini, Maya, and others, were present and paid homage to Maharana Pratap on the occasion.
